You will own recruitment, performance, policy and employee relations across several business units, and build the HR team that goes with it. We are looking for a senior HR generalist with experience leading a function in a multi-unit business, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on delivery.
You are employed by Outstaff Solutions on a documented contract, with payroll run through our registered entity and the statutory benefits that go with it. The work itself is with our client, inside their team and their tools. Roles typically run on the client’s hours.
